Yin Yoga & Nidra Workshop
Combining two powerful techniques of relaxation, this workshop will focus on grounding and soothing you through Yin Yoga asanas and a guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
The long-held passive poses of Yin focus on gently opening connective tissue of the lower spine, hips and pelvis allowing the body and mind to relax.
The calming practice of Yoga Nidra allows the mind to remain awake to explore different states of consciousness, increasing inner strength, shifting limited thinking patterns, while stimulating rejuvenation, awakening creativity, and counteracting tension and stress.
Students of all experience levels are welcome.
