One hour of guided SMR (Self Myofascial Release with tools) along fascial chains of the body, one hour of restorative yoga (think yin with lots of props), and a half hour of guided body scan savasana (Yoga nidra). Learn how to use different tools in a gentle way to release stiff bonds in your muscles and fascia in SMR; how to use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to your advantage in restorative; and soak up your gentle 2 hour practice with the most relaxing savasana you’ve ever had guided by Tegan’s smooth voice.
