What is there to say about yoga? What isn’t there to say? What a beautiful way to transform the body and the mind. To heal. To really let go. I started hot yoga for the exercise. At first I just loved how I felt after I came out of the hot room. It’s grown to be an integral part of my life-helping with injuries, gaining strength for my body and mind. Never imagining I’d be here now guiding others.
I completed my Moksha Level 1 training July, 2015 in Kelowna, BC. Yin training October, 2016. Thank you Jenny for this amazing space and being the amazing teacher you are! Thank you Moksha for your series, your teaching, your community! See you on the mat!
