Yoga with Weights (60 minutes)

This easy to follow class is designed to sculpt, lengthen and challenge every muscle, to find core strength and stability.  Feel free to use small 1-4 pound weights in specific postures or use the heavier weights in some of the more strong and active postures to build strength and continue to challenge both the body and the mind.   This class is open to all levels.
