Breath Work & Meditation Workshop
Join Nikki Henriksen and Carla Hudyma in this two hour practice of body mind connection designed to explore a deeper internal awareness and promote healing. This special class will introduce you to many traditional yogi breathing exercises, helping you to relax, release and unwind. You will also be guided through several ways to meditate, helping you to find a fit for you in your personal practice to carry on after this workshop. The lineage of this special class is from Shivananda and Daoist tradition. During the class Nikki will be your guide while Carla floats around the room giving gentle healing massage, and postural adjustments to further ground you into your space. This workshop is beginner friendly.
Every yogi will be given an energy healing rock to take home as a memory of their experience.
