A unique series of 40 postures that combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room (37C to 39C). The moksha series is a cardiovascular workout that loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability.
Support our new instructors returning from training by attending a Community Classes. These 60 or 75 minute Moksha classes are taught by our new instructors at a $7.00 drop in rate or your regular pass.
Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice that is designed to literally open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that reside within. A gentle approach is used to stretch the body, using longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”. A great compliment to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.
This class is designed with beginners in mind, but the advanced practitioner can also benefit from the increased attention to detailed instruction and focus on alignment, resulting in a safer, often more challenging practice. Both modifications as well as some more advanced options will be offered depending on what is available to you.
Awaken the fire within! This fiery dynamic core flow sequence will strengthen the whole body and get the internal heater fired up. A strong core is a necessary component in all postures and helps stoke our inner fire. This class is great for toning your core, arms and legs, and good for pulling focus out of your head and into your body and heart. A very grounding and energizing class that features many core strengthening poses. All levels.

Classes focus on asanas (postures) that stretch, strengthen, ease and comfort your changing body. We focus on breath work and visualization to prepare the mind and body for childbirth and end with a healthy dose of relaxation.
The Sculpt+ class was designed on the idea of movement. Getting your heart rate up, breaking a sweat, all while maintaining the stand of Sculpt Barre precision. This 50min class encourages each client to challenge themselves to their own capacity while offering modifications to suit each individual clients needs. A guaranteed sweaty, fun time!
