My Sculpt Barre story started in the fall of 2013. I had been experiencing back pain and any exercise seemed to make it worse. I am  huge believer of healing through movement- I just needed to find the right movement for me with this pain!  A friend heard about the new barre studio in town so we decided to give it a try. I LOVED it and went back as often as I could- no pain!  I started to notice a difference in my body within the first 2 weeks- and my yoga practice changed as well.  I have practiced and taught Bikram yoga for many years and felt a new strength in my postures.  Yoga and Barre compliment each other  so naturally and I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to teach and practice both.
