Hello fellow yogis! Like most of you, I started doing yoga as a way f expanding my exercise regime and trying something new and challenging. Who would have thought that 3 years after my first ever Moksha yoga class, I’d have the pleasure of sharing your practice with you.
Yoga started as something I did a few times a week, slowly turning into a 5 time a week activity. As my passion for Moksha yoga grew, I made the decision to go through the Moksha teacher training…which was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did the teacher training expand my understanding and appreciation for yoga, but it made me aware of the parts of the practice I struggle with, which allows me to help you with the struggles in your practice.
Whether you use Moksha as an opportunity to relax after a hard day, a way of getting you ready for your day, or to add to your regular exercise regime, you’ve made the right decision coming to Moksha. Yoga will help create the much needed balance in your life that we all need and search for. Fortunately for you, you’ve found it!! Congratulations and I look forward to sweating it up with you!!!!
